Piika ja Renki (which roughly translates as “The Lass and Lad”) is a family business alongside Mustila Arboretum just off Highway 6 in Elimäki. For decades now this eye-catching, former late 19th-century granary with its café, shop and art gallery has been a welcome stop for tourists and locals alike in the summer months of the year.

The Piika ja Renki milieu, rich in atmosphere, is in itself an invitation to linger over coffee with a delicious cake, pastry or sandwich. If the weather is fine, you may prefer to sit outside beneath a sunshade, enjoy the intimacy of the picturesque gazebo or relax in the traditional two-seat swing. Pets are also catered for.

The shop under the same roof specialises in quality handicrafts, gift and utility ware. In other words, it is the perfect place to look for a souvenir for yourself, a gift for the hosts you are on your way to visit, or a birthday present.

The loft gallery puts on temporary art exhibitions during the summer months.

Welcome to the historical milieu of the Piika ja Renki café, shop and art gallery!
